What the research on Ipamorelin has looked at

• Ipamorelin and growth hormone in pig blood: it raised growth hormone with a strength close to GHRP-6, reaching a peak of about 65 nanograms per millilitre of plasma
• Ipamorelin and stress hormones in the same pigs: GHRP-6 and GHRP-2 both raised ACTH and cortisol, while ipamorelin's levels were no different from those seen after the natural releasing hormone
• Ipamorelin and how far that held: the difference was still absent at more than a hundred times the amount needed for growth hormone release
• Ipamorelin and bone in rats: over 15 days of treatment it raised the rate at which the shin bone lengthened, and the effect was dose-dependent
• Ipamorelin and body weight in those rats: the same treatment produced a marked dose-dependent gain in body weight
